W. B. Homes is a family-owned business founded in 1986 by William Bonenberger. Bill learned how to build houses literally from the ground up, starting with his education at Williamson Trade School, and continuing with his many additional years working for a national builder.

Since its inception, W.B. Homes has completed more than 60 communities and more than 1,500 new homes throughout the Delaware Valley. For our first 10 years, W.B. Homes concentrated on building a reputation for upscale single family homes. Since then we have expanded our product line to include both active adult communities and upscale townhome communities.
